Formed in early 2007, The Biscuit Tree is owned and run by Irene and Susan Thye a.k.a foodblogger Chocolatesuze. With Irene’s food & catering background, and Susan’s degree in Bachelor of Applied Science Food Nutrition, this mother-daughter team has had a common bond – a love of sweet treats.
The Biscuit Tree’s biscotti and shortbread are handmade and baked with love. Their secret recipes do not contain any added artificial flavours or preservatives.
