THE MAYBOLE PANTRYis founded on Peter Lysaght’s dedication to creating high quality, full flavour foods.

At MAYBOLE PANTRY we strive for excellence to provide unique flavours in our wide-range of products.

Our range is seasonal, taking advantage of the freshest ingredients available. Fruit is sourced from our own “home-grown” fruit trees as well as from specialist growers. All the products in our range are hand-made in small batches which may result in colour and flavour variation.

There are no additives or preservatives in our products. Our jams and marmalades contain only natural fruit pectin. THE MAYBOLE PANTRY specialises in jelly style marmalades with the exception of Cumquat which is full of finely cut Nagami Cumquats, mostly from our own trees.

THE MAYBOLE PANTRY LIQUEUR FIGS are made using the finest local and imported ingredients.

The figs are grown organically in California, USA and imported in a semi-dry condition. We then get to work and reconstitute them in desert wine and cook them to our own recipe which has a finishing touch of hazelnut liqueur. As the preserving syrup is boiled and reduced there is no alcohol content, just the wonderful flavours. Have them just as they are or as an accompaniment to any chocolate or cream desert. They are ideal served with coffee as a finishing touch to a fine meal.

INGREDIENTS –imported organic figs, water, sugar and hazelnut liqueur. Wine used as marinade.
