Evolving Success invites you on a sensory Espresso Experience through Melbourne, commemorating the contributions of our early immigrants, in developing our espresso industry. We visit original cafes and roasting houses around our beautiful city, sampling blends and learning the art of a perfect extraction. Tours are inclusive of lunch.
Melbourne is the Café Cultural City of Australia and the first to run Coffee Tours.
Tours run Saturday Mornings at 10am for 2.5 hours and subject to availability.
Weekday tours days and times can be accommodated with a minimum of 8 people.
Cost: $40 includes: tour, coffee & morning tea
School excursions are welcome and are adapted to suit student needs and budget.

Maria Paoli, Founder and Managing director of Evolving Success, has spent the past 17 years within the Hospitality and Airline Industries, facilitating client service training programs, communication and team building workshops.
Although she established Evolving Success in 2003, Maria's love affair with coffee began as an infant, when her grandad would flavour her milk with a little espresso. Her great grandmother would roast her own blends and then grind the beans freshly every day. “Coffee was just a part of life,” Maria claims.
As an Accredited National Barista & Barista Judge, Coffee Trainer, Coffee Reviewer & Creator of the “The Historical Coffee Trek,” She is an Advocate of Australian Roasted Coffee. She has dedicated her services to developing training programs, to enhance the espresso making skills and knowledge of the hospitality & coffee industries.
Maria has donated a great deal of her time to assist many n the industry and has been actively involved in writing reviews and promoting Melbourne’s Café Industry.

Evolving Success runs a Coffee Appreciation Sessions, where you, as the consumer, café operator or coffee maker, can participate. This is your opportunity to take charge of the espresso machine, learn how to cup and identify flavours in coffee.
