Tasmanian Gourmet Kitchen is a small family run business based in Longford, a beautiful village in the Northern Midlands region of Tasmania.
Our aim is to provide you with hand made products that taste delicious. To ensure that this happens we make in small batches using quality ingredients. We believe in the principles of the Slow Food Movement so, wherever possible, we use seasonal food grown locally here in Tasmania.
