Pristine Oyster Farm is a family owned and operated business located on the remote coastline of Eyre Peninsula in South Australia.
We farm eight hectares of prime oyster lease at Coffin Bay and nine hectares at nearby Franklin Harbour.
Coffin Bay is arguably the best oyster farming area in Australia due the rich upwelling of nutrient from the Southern ocean. Like Franklin Harbour its enviable water quality is due to the combination of high salinity, sparse population and the absence of rivers flowing into the waterways.
