Mick Gay and Shane Hillard created O-Organic Produce to create a new experience in organic take away food.
Mick and Shane met while working together for a leading Sydney restaurant, when they saw the need for exciting, nutritious food in the organic eat and run market.
Inspired by their commitment to organics along with their experience working in high profile Sydney restaurants, they wanted to create food that was both innovative and memorable, so together Mick and Shane started O-Organic Produce.
Working out of the production kitchen located with their organic café at Surry Hills, Mick and Shane have been joined by expert chefs.
They have now been supplying retailers such as Health Emporium in Bondi, Macro Wholefoods in Bondi and Crows Nest, Bayside Natural Health Centre in Double Bay, Raw Energy Health Food Shop in Wahroonga and many leading cafes and delis around Sydney since 1999.
We are a fully certified organic retailer. All of our food is prepared fresh on the premises daily and you can watch the team in action while you have a coffee!
