Products produced by Pukara Estate include Premium and Premium Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oils, as well as flavoured extra virgin oils - Garlic, Lime, Lemon, Chilli, Pepper, Wasabi. Our Agrumato range includes Ruby Grapefruit, Sage, Mint and Rosemary flavours. We also sell premium quality Manzanillo and Kalamata Table Olives, Marinated Olives and a delicious range of Tapenades, Relishes and Mayonnaises (made with our extra virgin olive oil, of course), as well as Dukkahs and our fantastic Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar.
Visitors to Pukara Estate can relax and taste and purchase a full range of oils and olives along with many other gourmet products on display, as well as see the olive press and learn about olive oil production, first-hand. Toby’s Estate Fine Coffee and Tea and light refreshments are also served in the Tasting Room.
