Sydney’s finest suburb deserves only the finest flavours from around the world. Peter and Annette Quattroville would like to introduce this, their latest venture, "Fourth Village Providores".
Fourth Village began in 1997 when Peter And Annette purchased 100 acres of prime farming land at Pokolbin in the heart of the lower hunter, "Fourth Village Estate" The Estate consists of some 3500 olive trees, which now produce some of the regions finest table olives and distinctive crafted olive oils.
Fourth Village Providore will create a unique shopping experience it will consist of areas including a deli, fruit and vegetables, flowers, large fromage room and a restaurant. It will be a food centre where visitors can buy, taste and learn about high-quality food.
At Fourth Village we have decided to make our passion our job, so we can dedicate most of our time learning more about and promoting great products and flavours.
