At Josophan’s we are passionate about our fresh chocolates.
Our fine chocolates are truly fresh chocolates, handmade in the real sense, without the use automated machinery, a decision we have consciously made. We stir and temper our fine chocolate by hand … with a belief that the way we treat our chocolate ultimately benefits the end product. We fill our moulds by hand, we gently create our exquisite centres by hand, and we hand dip individual chocolates. The essence of our chocolates is the use of the finest ingredients we are able to source, both local and imported from France and Belgium.
