Starting in Stuttgart, Rudi has managed Butcher shops for the last 40 years, creating an assortment of sausage and gourmet cold cut recipes.
This led him to open an outlet for authentic European taste . . . right here in Australia.
His son, Stefan, continuing with the family tradition, has followed in his father's footsteps and has learnt the art of making smallgoods.
He now runs this acclaimed store, improving it day by day, creating a little bit of authentic Europe right in the Sutherland Shire.
