Cheesemaker, Karen Borg creates the award winning delights, whilst husband, David is in charge of the high producing dairy goats that are milked twice daily.
Cheese styles include: Kurrajong Cream, Fresh Curd, Tomato Roll, Pepper Pot, Olive Roulade, St Albans, Marinated Fetta, Marinated Chevre, Vineyard/Baby Vineyard, and Yoghurt.
