Willowbrae Chevre Cheese

Located in the Hawkesbury Valley, Willowbrae produces a range of artisan goats milk cheese for the developing Australian palate.

Cheesemaker, Karen Borg creates the award winning delights, whilst husband, David is in charge of the high producing dairy goats that are milked twice daily.

Cheese styles include:  Kurrajong Cream, Fresh Curd, Tomato Roll, Pepper Pot, Olive Roulade, St Albans, Marinated Fetta, Marinated Chevre, Vineyard/Baby Vineyard, and Yoghurt.

1st Saturday of the month - SMH Produce Market, Pyrmont, opp Star City Casino

Every Saturday - Organic Food Market, Orange Grove Public School, Lillyfield

Every Wednesday - Fox Studio Markets, Moore Park

2nd Saturday of the month - Hawkesbury Growers Market, Castle Hill Show Ground

2nd Sunday of the month - Blackheath Growers Market, Community Centre, Gt Western Hwy, Blackheath

3rd Saturday of the month - Northside Produce Markets, Miller St, North Sydney (adj. to Council Chambers)
