Laissez-faire suppliers are mainly based in Sydney NSW and support is given to local suppliers and produce only. Building a strong relationship with suppliers and working together in order to derive the best quality, on time delivery, product consistency and stable pricing is an ongoing process.
Health and nutrition are an important part of food and beverage choices. More and more clients are requesting healthy food options, juice bars, health breaks, high and low GI foods, kick starts and health stations. Dietary requirements are catered for on a as needs basis though 15% allowance is made for vegetarian meals for every event. Allergies and cultural food requests are easily handled and catered for. These foods would be clearly labeled.
