Anne Holloway commenced in the commercial cookery arena in 1985 in pastry and dessert cooking. I then spent several years broadening my experience in cooking in England and Europe. On returning to Australia I commenced my first delicatessen and catering business and proceeded, one year later, to open my second delicatessen, cafe, catering and wholesale manufacturing company.
7 years later I expanded again to include another cafe and sold the businesses after 10 years. After 15 years in this industry i am now catering, once again, for any type of catering or event that is needed.
