For me, one of life's greatest joys is to entertain and bring family and friends together. It was this passion that eventually led me to Planet Cake. Whether it was a birthday, an anniversary or a wedding there would be something unique about each of these milestones to inspire me. We have since opened our new Balmain store which is completely devoted to demystifying this exquisite craft. In addition to our workshops and demonstrations we make some of the best decorated cakes in Australia and have the impressive honour of being the preferred cake maker for many celebrities. In spite of all this I must confide that my greatest joy still comes from watching the public’s reaction to our creations; people nearly always react with a sense of childish wonder and that is what makes my job so delightful and rewarding.
