Feb 3, 2010 - Signorelli Gastronomia opens today in Sydney's Pyrmont. This has been compared with Harrod's Food Hall in London & Fauchon in Paris. And, is hot on the heels of Fratelli Fresh's recent opening in Walsh Bay. Maybe we're heading for a Greenwich Village in at least one of these areas?

- Just visited the Good Food & Wine Show in Sydney. For those Sydney based visitors, it's well worth a visit. Lots of good stands, plenty of deals and yummy & healthy things to taste and to bring home. You'll find plenty of spice mixes, curry, tagine and casserole bases and healthy snacks & bars.
In the middle of the show you can enjoy food prepared by top chefs which can be enjoyed with a selection of wines.
